- Scenic presence - Session 2
Workshop conducted by Emilien Lefevre. Whether amateur or professional, any musician who goes on stage to share an experience with the public delivers their body, their sensitivity and their being with regard to others, to their judgment and their expectations. This uncomfortable risk-taking takes us back to ourselves and to our image, thereby putting our self-confidence to the test. This workshop aims to develop, by a practice of sophrology adapted to each, a more intimate knowledge of the functioning of our body and our mind, and to choose with full awareness of behaviors and strategies adapted to the delicate requirements of the scenic performance.
